Yeah, see I can take anything xD Biology? Fine.. Chemistry? Not a problem. Handling? Couldn't be easier. However when it comes to Biochemistry my brain is like "this is no science, this is black magic!"

Sounds like my math classes. 5*7 I can do. I can solve 3x+8 and stuff like that and I can see where that would be used in life but when will I ever need 2x^2+47/3x+2? Who will ever use that in life?

Possibly some architect or engineer but certainly not a nurse xD I am glad that I have no problems with maths :) Physics is a different matter but we only need to know the basics of it so that is good :)

I tried asking my engineer friend but he's mind just went blank when they see it. I'm glad I can do it so I can pass the class. I once even had a teacher admit that she didn't think we would use the things she had to teach us.

That is absolutely awful then... The stuff we learn are actually of some relevance to us - the biochemistry comes into play whenever one has to analyse lab samples (blood, urine etc) if they work in a lab/have a lab at the practice they work at...
So it is relevant but the amount of stuff you have to know is just silly... And it is difficult as hell...

See I don't mind learning stuff I will need in life but if I don't need it. Will question why I'm learning it. Luckily my school is still relatively small so I can ask questions when I need help.

I know what you mean. Anatomy classes aren't too bad though. W just finished dissecting a mink after about 5 weeks of work.

Dissections are fun and interesting :) we have only had one so far but considering the course there will be plenty more... And apart from being fun they are necessary too, I mean I would not want to be opening an animal up for the first time during an op once I graduate... That would be an awful experience...

I'd be afraid for my pet or anyone going into surgery and the surgeon is seeing the inside of a body in person for the first time. That would be scary. When I was little the thought of dissecting scared me but now that I've done it it's really not so bad.

On the first page of this thread there is a link to my kennel which had the pictures and contact information for the pups that are up for adoption. Welcome to the forum!

I don't mean to offend you in any way but these are animals on The Sims 3 and not real animals. I don't really follow the usual aging so they are pups until an adopter decides to let them age.
